Tim is the best. Been using him as an advisor since our first Hyundai in 2014. He always works hard to take care of us and makes sure we know all the options. A big reason we are on our 4th straight car bought and fully serviced there.

After my last experience a couple of months ago with your service department, i was "never coming back." Chris made me glad i did, giving me the completely opposite, and positive experience. He was honest, to the point and washed my car. I think thats the first time i got the car wash, and he thought it was no big deal. Hes a genuine guy, and in his line of work thats a unicorn. The reason why I brought the car was not sorted. It still exists. I brought the car because it vibrates during sharp turns. I was told it is because of the tire change I had from Kia Napleton.
