I had an 8:45 appointment. Arrived at 7:10 and dropped off vehicle. Tim was very courteous and professional. By 3pm I never got an update. I sent a text to Tim but received no response. Arrived at dealership around 5pm. Tim was gone for the day. Asked for update and gentleman at the desk said"I got nothing." Told him I needed rental or loaner but said none were available. Told him to bring my car up and left.

This is not first time she has come to the rescue and without her on your staff, I would be very concerned to bring my vehicle or buy a new one from Suntrup.
