Austin was kind, helpful, and awesome during my service. However, having an appt scheduled for 11:15 and waiting on the vehicle, my vehicle was not even started till 2:35 per my genesis notifications. On top of that I scheduled this appt 2 months ago thru my vehicles genesis service center upon the alert it was due for service. The appt was set at 10am and when I called the day before to confirm time, it was not there and they rescheduled me for the 11:15 time. I drive from Columbia Missouri 2 hours for my maintenance so it is pertinent to me to complete these tasks in a timely manner on my only day off besides the weekend when service is not open at this location. My last service here, with a rental car left me stuck with it for days because of the lack of communication and I had to have my partner return it. This is why I chose to wait on the vehicle this time. The time before that, the genesis service valet was booked but then the transporter “took lunch “ and then “had a birthday” the day after per my pick up and drop off schedule. The advisor was great but everything else has been difficult.

I had aniul change with tire rotation,also a tire repair of a nail.I left with only 19 pounds of pressure in the tire.i was assured everything thing was fun.Don't you think checking the tire pressure is part of the 30 point instinct.Makes me think they don't have pride in their jobs.Would they do that to there mother? Acacia was super wonderful upon checkin, but I would also like to give her and the other service advisors a HUGE shoutout for an exchange I witnessed when I came to pick up my car. There was a customer who was getting, what I would consider, VERY belligerent and angry. Acacia and the team were incredibly level headed, expressing care and trying their best to help this customer, who had some unrealistic expectations for what could be done to help her. As an outsider to the situation, I was incredibly impressed with how they handled everything!

My car was delivered to me with water dripping all over the windshield and body. I am assuming they ran it through the car wash but didn’t bother to dry. I had nothing to wipe it down before driving home so it actually looked as dirty by the time I arrived home as when I dropped it off for service
