My issue is not with Alex. I asked that the wheel locks be removed. They weren't. Also, the panel that covers the spare tire in the trunk no longer lays flat.
Additionally, I received multiple communications recently asking me to trade in vehicle. Several days ago, I was asked if I'd be willing to discuss it with the sales department during my cars service. I agreed, but made it clear that I have not paid off my loan. It was stated that the manager felt he could give me a "deal". The person I was talking to speak with was not present. I then waited another 45 minutes to be helped only to find out that the "deal" was more than $100 over my current loan payment. I really was not looking to trade my car in at this time, and I understand the math. I just dont appreciate having my time wasted.

When setting up my appointment I requested that my tires not be rotated. I reported I recently bought tires at Sam’s and would have them rotate my tires. When I was checked in a pad with my service order was presented for me to sign. I saw oil change listed and signed the pad. While waiting received text with full service order showing a tire rotation was listed against my request. I talked to Service advisor and she had it removed. The Tech changed my tires pressures which were wrong and something I never requested. I had to add air to front tires today to get them back to the 34 lbs listed for my car.
