7/10 (Fair) My wife dropped off the car (~7:45 am) and stayed at the dealership for the entirety of the service. The service (tire rotation) was done at the time estimated (~9:15 am). The service attendant greeted her and was friendly and answered her questions.
Upon dropping off the car, we received a text that provided an electronic report of the service and video showing the car at the time it arrived for the service. I liked receiving these and reviewing them since I was not there to see everything.
She was offered a complimentary wash. The car wash cleaned most of the dirt and stains off the car (there were some small spots left uncleaned on the passenger side of the car). Overall, we are very pleased with the car wash because the last time we came and were offered a complimentary wash, the car did not look like it was washed at all.
After the service ended, we received a copy of the invoice. We came in for a tire rotation. The invoice indicated that the car received the service and the cost of the service, both of which easy to identify.
We did not receive any information about the tire themselves (i.e., tread wear remaining, etc.), which was quite unfortunate.
Also, i received a text message about a multi-inspection report. I clicked on the link and it opened up a webpage. The webpage listed the issues the service tech found with the car, but there was no list or file to view. I'm not sure what this was about.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was done without hiccup and finished at the allotted time. The invoice/report was lacking pertinent information about the tires and there was mention of a multi-inspection report but none to be found.

There was a finding on the multi point inspection that I was told would be followed up on. Specifically the CV axle boot leak. My vehicle is under warranty. I was told by service advisor 1975 Eric Martinez that he would follow up with me and to take my vehicle home. This job has been pending for nearly 1.5 years, the follow up from Kia of Clovis is awful. This job finally happened due to my consistent follow up and numerous complaints. I was told parts arrived when they never did, took time off work and headed to the dealership only to find out I was lied too…3 times! Awful. I dealt with 5 different people all of whom the new person told me they no longer worked there? Insane experience. This last time I called yea I called again… my parts had been sitting there for 4 weeks - when I say I had to follow up constantly I’m not kidding. My car is finally fixed but should have never taken this long and costed me so much time off work, travel and day care. Next time I’m driving to Selma.

I specifically asked the representative to make sure the reset was done for the service. My vehicle gave me warnings of service for at least a month. I called to confirm it wasn’t time to service because the sticker placed in my car had the correct mileage to service. Within 2 weeks of having my vehicle serviced the warning is back on. Was the service even done or was the reset not completed like I asked.
