I tried to make an appointment online. It said each service would cost money but I have paid for the extended service. Then when my car was ready I got a text with a payment link and it stated I had a balance of 261. This is very deceptive and you need to fix this. How many people have paid when they don’t need to. Otherwise the service team was great. Your people are great. Your systems are not.

The automated program to schedule is very frustrating.. you have to go through 3 sets of identical questions just to to get to AI..if you hit the wrong prompt , then you have to repeat the whole process over.. very frustrating and impersonal. people want to be able to talk to a person
