At first the communication was hard to establish. I would call and be unable to get anyone on the phone for about four days. Then I spoke to Eric, he pulled the information and kept me updated until Nezar was back in the office. Then the whole experience was concluded

It was probably a 10 minute wait to check in; only one guy up front, trying to upsell a customer, plus another guy at his desk looking at his phone, while 5 other customers lined up waiting. Then, the service (an ordinary oil change & top off) took 2+ hours - but I’ve learned that that is standard for this Kia service place. Then, from the waiting room across the driveway, I looked out & noticed our car parked in front, so I walked into the office (they hadn’t texted or called me yet); they (5 people were standing around, none working, no customers at the counter) said “Oh, your car just got here - we need to do some paperwork - which shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.” Well - I used to have a job in a crazy paperwork intensive environment, and nowhere in this world should it take 10 minutes to print out the final invoice.

Took 2.5 hours for an oil change on an appointment. Then they couldn't find my car and 5 people after me got their cars back while I was still waiting only to be told they were overwhelmed and My car just sat. Mind you I own 3 kias all purchased at this dealership. The Kia rep at the counter was very kind and professional at all times but from start to finish it took 2.5 hours for me to get my car back . And nobody could tell me where my car was. Not okay!
