They called me and informed me that I needed to have my oil pan gasket was leaking and I had a warranty that covered it. They quoted me the whole day but got it back to me in under 4 hours.

I’ve been to three different Kia service departments in the past, but this one truly blew me away. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted so warmly and taken care of right away—no waiting, no confusion. They got me into the system fast, squared away all my info, and even answered my calls on the first ring!
Geovanni offered me refreshments and made me feel valued. I even got a text when my vehicle was ready, which I loved—but what really stood out was he personally went to the waiting room to let me know, and held the door open for me the entire way. That small act of kindness meant a lot.
This was hands down the BEST Kia service experience I’ve ever had—professional, thoughtful, and incredibly kind. Shoutout to the whole team for setting a new standard. I’ll definitely be coming back!
