Next went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was well taken care of and that all my concerns were resolved! He got me in as soon as I was able to make my way in with no appointment and even got me a courtesy vehicle when I needed to make a few appointments next day! $222 for an oil change is a bit much. My car has sounded like a diesel ever since and I am worried about something being wrong. I liked the video of the filters. I would like a list of part numbers for the filters and windshield wipers so I can order them and install them myself. The price you charged for the windshield wipers fluid was too much. After having the tires rotated, my car is pulling constantly to the right. I think it drove better before and didn’t need the rotation.
