I understand you are the public facing piece for a problem with Soul EV that Kia corporate has been slow or inept to address.
But your handling has been bad.
We have loved our vehicles, but the lack of information, updates, follow up and customer management has been horrible. The best examples of customer service have all left Kia Clovis and been replaced by a failing (or completely broken) system. Every time an employee has said “we’re working to get better” the experience has actually gotten worse.
Our car has been there 9 months. And randomly, the same week Kia Corporate finally agrees to buy our vehicle back I get an unexpected, poorly written text saying “come get your car”
When I ask for info the text response is all Caps and derogatory which equals yelling and frustration.
Please, look at my conversation with Flaco, along with my past interactions via email and text with the 3-4 team members who have rolled over in the 9 months you’ve had our car. You have a consisten problem with customer relationships.

When I picked up my car the check engine light was on and it showed that all 4 tires were low on air. My tires were rotated and air pressure was supposed to have been checked. I was also missing 2 valve stems. I went to a gas station and put air in all 4 tires to make sure they had the proper air in them. The check engine light then went off.
