It was towed in on Monday, Oct 13 and not a single person from Kia reached out.
I messaged Kia Service 3 times in the following 8 days and not a single response.
So either your text system is broken. Or your customer service process is.
I still have no idea what, if any, work was done on my car while you had it this past 9 days.
I’m just glad that Morley showed up today and handed me a check for the vehicle. Because I’m really tired of playing games with the service department and waiting for messages and promised updates that never come. .
