I would absolutely give the highest rating. Rouben Eskijian was an excellent Service Advisor who was friendly, professional and respectfully responsive to my questions. The other staff who greeted me were also welcoming and friendly. I was appreciative to also receive my vehicle following the complimentary car wash.

Abby was very apologetic that I had to wait when dropping off my vehicle. She provided excellent customer service. The shop was overloaded with work orders and was short-staffed the day I went in, and Abby was able to still be kind and smile through it all.

Firstay I ask you change the name on the account from Darrell to Barbara. Darrell passed 4 years ago. Abby asked if I wanted to change the name and at that time I said no. But as I need to have some body work done and the insurance compan is involved I need the names to match.
Back to my rating it is all because of Angeline. She constantly checked on MW, kept me in the loop.as to progresse of my work order, even took the time to set up my phone with the bluetooth and my steering wheel. She deserves a nice Xmas bonus. Thank you for hiring her. BARBARA GARRISON
