Eric did a good job at assisting me with my issue regarding a service charge for the maintenace of my Kia.the issue involved a mistake in my service contract that directly mentions that my oil change was supposed to be covered by my service contract Eric sat down with me and told me that it was covered and I would get a call back from Victor who wrote the contract. Victor called the same day and asked me to send him the receipt and bill that I had been charged for as he mentioned that I will be recoeving a refund for the service charge. I have sent over that information and am waiting for my refund to show on my credit card. So I feel well taken cared with my issue.

The only problem and it is by no fault of Eric's performance. We purchased an extended warranty through Kia and it is very difficult to deal with Portfolio One. When the sales personnel sell these policies they need to let the customer know how DIFFICULT it will be to get service through them!!
