I was pleasantly surprised that the car came clean. The surface was great. The only thing is whoever is manning the phones and if you leave a message, you get no response back that was the only drawback everything else was great thank you

I absolutely loved the treatment and care I and my car received that day. However, I think the people in the service office where customers enter could acknowledge customers much more quickly. I stood there for at least 20 minutes without being asked if I needed help. It was only when the service man who handled my car walked in and helped me right away. I love Kia and am grateful for the service. I just think when customers walk in for appointments, they could acknowledge us right away. There were 4 men on computers who didn’t even look up. I was invisible for 15-20 minutes. I had never been ignored like that in the past. Just work on that.
