I let your team member know I would be waiting for my vehicle in the waiting area and yet nobody let me know when my vehicle was ready. I finally got tired of waiting as I had been there since 8:23 am. I was kept needlessly sitting around and my vehicle was already done. I had told him not to text because it was my wife’s number and she doesn’t have access to use her phone at work. Your people failed to follow a very simple request, I sure hope your mechanics have more brains than that because if your counter person isn’t that bright it leaves me wondering about the rest of your team members. Our time is just as valuable as yours, learn to respect that please.
