I absolutely loved the treatment and care I and my car received that day. However, I think the people in the service office where customers enter could acknowledge customers much more quickly. I stood there for at least 20 minutes without being asked if I needed help. It was only when the service man who handled my car walked in and helped me right away. I love Kia and am grateful for the service. I just think when customers walk in for appointments, they could acknowledge us right away. There were 4 men on computers who didn’t even look up. I was invisible for 15-20 minutes. I had never been ignored like that in the past. Just work on that.

Made an appointment for an oil change on 04/07/2025 at 9:30am. Showed up on time and they took my 2017 kia optima. They said at the latest it should be done by 12pm. Checked in with them at 11:50am and they said that they haven't even looked at my car yet. I ended up taking my car and leaving. I understand that things get busy but what is the point of scheduling an appointment if I can't rely on the estimated time.
