My appointment was at 915am car was not worked on until about 1150am service was not finished until around 230pm . I waited for the car in the lounge area the whole day

I was “scheduled” for service 4/3/25, by NEZO S. I explained I had a recall and showed him the letter I received in the mail. Nezo then scheduled me into service in which I brought the car in 4/4/25 by 8:30am. I was told it would only take a few hours. I went home and woke up from a nap around 5:30pm. No missed calls or updated information about my car. I called Kia service but no one answered. I left a message and didn’t hear back at all about my car. (My first time there as well) . I arrived 4/5/25 around 9 am and was told Kia of Clovis was using a new system and couldn’t find my name or info in their system. I gave them the tag I was handed for my car and then, they located my car and explained that it had not been worked on at all because I wasn’t in the system! I was late for work, and they ordered me a ride to work but I work in Sanger. So I was then put as TOP PRIORITY as I had an inconvenience. So I waiting for an hour and a half in the lobby only for service staff to tell me the part I needed for my car was out of stock and they didn’t know if they could order it. So I unfortunately didn’t get my car fixed, just a free car wash and fluids topped off. Only had the anti theft fixed on my Kia. I was told I’d be called 4/7/25 to see if the part for the recall was accessed

I have a 7yr old car now parked in my driveway because it needs a new motor and kia is stating it is my responsibility. That is complete bull. You guys have lied to me to 3yrs stating you are fixing this and still not fixed. Also multiple excuses with in hours of each other. 1st my husband was told that we were supposed to drive the car for a 1000 miles and bring it back. That is not true in December when myself and my husband were there we were told the leak is fixed, just to watch it and no need to bring it back for another consumption test. Then a few hrs later received another call that I need a new motor and my car is not under warranty. That is a complete lie.
No one seems interested in addressing how to fix my vehicle so that the check engine light stays off. Rather, all that anyone will do is clear the code and so I have been in 4 times with the same issue.
