Communication was an issue; Digital Harmony on the phone system was horrible; just needed to speak to an operator. Didnt get a call back so I could ask a simple question. Had to listen to the privacy policy about five times.
Today I guess my service TECH and I were not on the same page. I just wanted an oil change. I would come back for the 45,000 mile maintenance when I reached 45,000 miles therefore I had to pay a lot more than I anticipated today, which was not good timing for my budget

Great service the only problem that should be fixed is when the customer is calling back, and nobody calls you back. So you have to look for a number call my one random to help you out. Other then that excellent me great service for the customer
