The workers were wonderful and treated me well. My dissatisfaction is only with the waiting area. It stunk of cigarettes and the TV was loudly blaring Fox News (so obnoxious). It was a very uncomfortable place to wait.

Your phone system isn’t good. I tried to call for 5 days to clarify a needed service but never got an answer, or an opportunity to leave a message. Also the only way to schedule a service was either online or with an automated phone system. Not an efficient system. Very frustrating.

My issue was not resolved and I was unable to get ahold of Flaco 3+ times during the day. My car was there from 9-4 with a 945 appointment time. I had a very difficult time getting ahold of Flaco and each time I was told that he would call me right back. This never happened. I was also told when I picked up my car that it was washed and it clearly was not washed. I wa very disappointed with Kia service and with Flaco.
