Unfortunately the mechanical service isn’t as good as the customer service. I have taken my kia vehicle in for a check engine light issue and after three attempts it hasn’t been resolved. The mechanics are either incompetent or not trained correctly. It has been very disappointing after spending about $2,300.

I was out running errands when my car just stalled and died on me 3 separate times within a 10 minute period. I managed to get over to the dealership and Diana was the one who helped me. Although I didn't obviously have an appointment, she took care of me, took down all the information and was honest that my car would have to stay overnight due to bringing it in late in the day. Very nice and courteous. The next day, she let me know that the cause was the fuel pump, and that it was covered under warranty, which made me happy. It was also suggested that I needed new spark plugs. She said my car would be worked on that day and would be ready the next day. Diana called me the next morning and said my car was ready and offered me a Lyft to the dealership. Once I arrived. Diana was the one who checked me out. She was so very nice and friendly and upfront about everything.

Geovanni provided good customer service by being kind, offering a free car wash and providing complimentary transportation to and from the dealership while my car was worked on. Also, when l noticed my vehicle wasn't working properly after the work was done, Geovanni referred me to the Service manager who quickly resolved the issue with my car.

Started with a different advisor. Neither of them gave me a call the 10 days my car was in there. I called over 5 times to get updates. When I asked about the issue, lack of a substantial response. They could not provide any isn’t into how the issue arose. Seems like everyone is passing the blame off to the next person. This is the second time I’ve had significant work on my brand new vehicle. I feel that the changes have made it worse but no recourse to resolve. Don’t feel like the employees take the time or want to hear out the customer.
