Seems expensive and the upsell “this is recommended for your car at this point” is clearly exaggerated for sales. I guess that’s your job, but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Having that type of interaction isn’t terribly fun for a customer. Your reps are nice enough, but the upsell is annoying.

The customer service was unprofessional. I felt ignored and after waiting for 2 hours I went into the service office to ask about the status and I was told that they were about to call me. They then asked if I wanted the car washed which I thought I should have been asked in the beginning. I refused the car wash. It took several minutes for them to locate my keys. I then drove away with the service number tag still on the rear view mirror. The service experience felt incomplete. The service representatives are not very friendly.
