This is the only place I trust to have my car serviced. This is my second car from Clovis Kia and they have always taken good care of the cars. Geovanni and everyone at the service department and parts are wonderful. Geovanni had me go to the parts department when I told him about my original key fob not working so I could get a new battery and concerns on paint chips so I could get touch to paint. They said my car was fixed but it wasn’t. Communication could be better. I had to call for any update. They had my car for 18 days and said I could come get it. It immediately had the same problem and I hadn’t even driven off the lot yet. It’s a brand new car. 6 months old. This shouldn’t be happening at all. I do appreciate they arranged for a rental car. And in person they’re very nice.
