I had a recall to replace screws on the spoiler of my 2025 4Runner. Had a 10:00am appointment. I arrived at 8:30 to drop it off knowingly time was at 10. When asked when I needed the car back, I said asap and was told it would be done by noon. After all, it was replacing screws on the spoiler. I arrived back at the dealership at 11:30 under the impression the car would be completed by noon. I walked it just to let **** know I was there. He was at lunch and someone looked into my car. Found out it was not done and would be at least another hour. I went inside the dealership to speak to say hi Megan, the person who sold me my car. Went toMcDonalds for lunch and returned at 12:30ish and found out it was still not ready and it would be at least 45 minutes or more. **** even said himself he didn’t understand why it took so long. I dropped my car off at 8:30, had a 10:00 appointment for screws, and didn’t get my car back until 2pm! This was by far the WORST experience I have had with your dealership! I am very disappointed in the service that was provided!

Trevor was very nice. I have no comments about his performance. My wait time today was 5 1/2 hours, which I thought was extremely long since I only needed an Inspection. There was also miscommunication toward the end of the day, when an Uber was supposed to pick me up. Someone thought one was called, when in fact it was not. That caused another 20 to 30 minutes of waiting on my part. Thank you for reading the comments.

Honestly, I wasn’t gonna say anything, but after the second experience with Bob I don’t think I feel comfortable coming back to this dealership to have my truck serviced, first of all his customer service skills are nonexistent. Seems like he has an attitude about everything. And his inability to find a single piece of paper that can show me an alignment tells me that he doesn’t know how to use the system that he’s using. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere just because of this experience… my alignment is still off even though your technician said it isn’t… I drive my truck every day and I notice the difference in how my steering wheel is positioned…

My appointment was at 7:30 and my truck sat in the parking lot until 9:30. I had an 11:00 end time that I needed to leave by. When 11:00 came, all the technician did was test drive it and swap the tires. I told him I needed to go ASAP and let him test drive it once more. He didn’t have my tires back on until 12:15. The consensus of the technicians diagnosis was “the BF Goodrich tires are s***”. He told me the tires were wearing unevenly and that’s what was causing the vibration. I told him I knew that and that’s why I wanted him to balance the tires. I don’t even know if that happened. I do know they didn’t get rotated because the technician told me he forgot to do that…I’m not satisfied with my experience whatsoever. After my next service that’s included in my prepaid maintenance plan, I wont ever be bringing my truck in to Pedersen again.

Gosh, it seems liked I provide feedback every time and nothing changes. I remember when I first bought my car with at Peterson 8 years ago and the salesperson swore the service center is going to be updated and the guest experience waiting room will be improved like the Honda service waiting room which I was accustomed to. Nope. The customer waiting room is horrible. Then let's start with my appointment time at 12p. I waited for someone to greet me in the service bay for about 15 minutes. I then waited for my car for a simple service (oil change, and tire rotation) for more than 2 hours. I was waiting in the outdated waiting room for two hours when I when I finally received a text about a multipoint inspection for my review. This inspection provided erroneous service suggestions delaying my simple oil change. After waiting and wondering what is taking so long, I went to my service advisor and he said, "oh your car's ready". I will not be returning to Peterson for any service in the future

Had to wait 30 minutes to get my car after I paid because guy forgot about me. I finally went to counter asked for my key and I will just Walk to my car and get it that is when I found out he forgot about me.
