I brought my vehicle in due to an engine check light coming on in sub zero weather. They were able to get me in with an hour which I appreciate.
The issue was in the extended time with no communication from the service end. After two hours left the waiting area and walked down to the service area for updates/ answers and was told the tech was still working on it. I complained about the two hour wait with no updates and was asked if I would like to talk to the service manager. After a few minutes we talked. I believe his name was Jim. Jim was understanding and made things right. I left the dealership 2.5 hours after arriving for a diagnostic.
My problem is with the lack of update in a timely manner

Service tech was rude and snappy. I had asked her some questions about my final report. I was c8nfused about the report on my tires. I asked why I needed new tires if they're in the green. She immediately started snapping at me, pointing out what each colored square was with a strong attitude. Very unpleasant

OK with my service but still disappointed from my appointment on October 3 when I had to replace my tires due to the 80,000 mile tire only gave me 40,000. I had to pay for my tires to go to Yokohama for them to inspect. Did not receive a penny back from them. I heard they rejected my claim twice up until today. We were not notified what has been going on with the claim not very good customer service. This is my wife’s vehicle who was always a big fan of Toyota, but now she doesn’t want to buy another car because of the customer service. I know it’s not your fault, but you sell the product if a company can’t back up their product. You shouldn’t be selling it.
