It was easy to schedule my appointment on line, which I appreciate. I also was able to use your promotional email coupon and saved quite a bit of money on today’s service. However, the nicest part of my experience was the young man who was at your service desk took time to come out in the cold to help me with a technology issue linking my new phone to my car. He was very patient and helpful. I appreciate that extra touch of service and he was extremely personable.

When I made the appointment, I asked them to contact Toyota about the display issue with the tire pressure because I had programmed it several times and knew it was a software issue. They did not do that and now they will and I have to make another trip back. The rest of the service was done just fine. This car has been a real pain with all of the issues.

Could not do the recall that made the appointment a 3 hour appointment. Had to wait 5 weeks to get an opening of 3 hours, set time aside and get to appointment and told they are not doing them now. Why were we not notified so we could have altered plans made around the 3 hours now only a half hour. Customer service or rather lack of it, again
