I bought two new tires and now I can’t get a tire pressure reading and there’s an exclamation point on the screen. I’m going back again this morning at 10 am and hopefully the problem will be resolved . This caused a great inconvenience for me to go back again. I live a distance away and had to cancel some very important things I had scheduled for today. Hope I don’t have to wait another 2 1/2 hours to get the problem resolved that I didn’t have when I brought the car in yesterday.

Sam was patient and listened to my concerns. I am a return JM customer. I have a noise issue in my 2024 UX that is inconsistent. Sam explained the teams efforts and though not found he did not dismiss my concerns. He offered to have me come back when able to see if the noises would come through during another visit. I appreciated his willingness and patience. Thus one of the reasons I returned to JM. Also kudos on the text with the video of my vehicle inspection with signing option.
