I went to take my older car in for service to check out what was wrong with my vehicle It is like a inspection of my car. Your service people charge me 175.00 dollars I wanted to talk to manager to lower price He said that was final price I got pissed I will never step a foot at your Lexus dealer. You treated me like **** I was going to cuss you out on this feed back but it would of been very bad

He promised me a loaner car and I could've have it. He promised that the car will be ready in about 1.5 hrs and this is how it was.
