Joe has superior customer service. He was kind and caring. He also answered all of our questions with no hesitation. I can't ask for a better special person like Joe. When I come back to JM LEXUS I will ask for Joe and no one else. In the near future I will buy another Lexus because of Joe GREAT personality. GREAT JOB Joe

Leo was great, when I picked up my car, the tech had just washed it. It was the worst job cleaning a car I've ever gotten from JM. The floor mats were strewn about. The inside wasn't even just wiped down. The outside looked like it was sprayed with water and driven up to me. I dont need anyone to call me. I just think the tech should be coached on how a JM Lexus vehicle is delivered to the customer. Thats all. Thank you for listening.
