I came in with a liking front tire. When I called for on appointment, I was told I didn’t need one “ to just come in . The service girl that took care of me was not able to help me much . The sales department must have made a mistake. I bought extended for my tires when I bought the car in December. 2024 .She told me that I didn’t have it .
I had to go to sales and ask for a manager . Mike Cooke came to my rescue
He was very helpful.
However this took from 2:00 pm to 5 pm .
This is unacceptable. I purchased 2 cars from you in the last 2 years and I have only bought Lexus since 1990 at the same dealership in Highland Park.
My frustration was bigger because I had a Dr. appointment made a month ago ,had to cancel in the last minute since I couldn’t live the dealership my car was in service .
Hopefully this may help you to train your workers better.
