Daniel is awesome. And really did provide “Omotenashi” hospitality and treating each person as you would guess in your own home. I wanted to go to the casino while my vehicle was being serviced and Daniel noticed it might rain and so he provided a courtesy shuttle and had Brenda drive me over who is also fantastic so thank you Lexus for always providing great experiences.

Johnathan who fixed my DCM handshake to get my app to work with the remote settings.
