Joseph is one of your best service provider, he is knowledgeable and understands the problem and it’s able to communicate and explain the issue. In the past he has been able to introduce me to the mechanic and show me the issue.

Had to wait an hour before he saw me ti do the check in for the service. Then he told me thta it will take less than an hour to finish the service. An hour and a half later, no calls from him. Took 3 calls before he picked up and said car will be ready in 10 more minutes. That extended to 40 minute of wait and he didn"t even talk to me again. He just gave the paperwork to the reception and i had to pay there. Then it took another 30 minutes to finally get the car. Very sloppy service.
