On July 24 /2025 I took my car to do oil change and tire rotation at JM Lexus at Margate and thought the mechanics did their job ,but now I’m driving my car on July 27 and I just saw that it’s showing in the panel that I need the oil change soon and also they didn’t change the sticker on my car that’s supposed to show my next visit so now I’m not sure if they change the oil in the tire rotation. I’m kind of disappointed.
I really appreciate if someone contact me to resolve this issue .

My tires have been losing air pressure and going down to 19, 20 and 21. I was told the tires are fine and that one tire has a nail. I've been driving Lexus cars since 2000. I am selling the car. If Lexus wants to buy it they can make an offer now. The car has 3800 miles on it.

This was my first visit to JM Lexus for service on my newly acquired RX 350. Making an appt on line was easy and convenient with numerous open dates and times. Once I arrived, my car was brought into the service area in a timely manner. My service representative, Omar, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and informative. At 12:08 pm I received a text that my car was ready. I was in the middle of lunch; had it boxed up, and ran to the entrance where my ride dropped me. No one was there. I called—Daniel was at lunch. About 20 minutes later, I called again. I was waiting outside in hot humid weather. No ride. I called again. No ride showed. I called again. No ride. Then the ride showed. At the same time (an hour and a half after the 12:08 alert that the car was ready) I received a text from Daniel that the vehicle would be ready soon. Huh? Why was I notified at 12:08. The driver told me the car wasn’t ready yet, and I should wait in the lounge. Had I known this, I could have finished my lunch, and relaxed instead of rushing to the door and waiting 90 minutes until my ride showed. Daniel had no idea why I was notified. If someone responded to my numerous calls, none of this miscommunication would have occurred.
