I experienced a very dissatisfying experience at Lexus at the beginning at this year 2026 with an issue with my car and the laziness of service advisor Chauncey and I wasn’t planning on returning to your place of business until I got introduced to Mr Sam Llamas, a very up front, well mannered and knowledgeable service advisor.. He apologized for the incident and offered to be my advisor and help with all my future needs.. I highly recommend and appreciate Mr Llamas team work into saving your dealership from receiving a very bad review on social media..
