We wanted to let you know that Sean and Halen were very nice and helpful to us. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up our car at the dealership yesterday afternoon, the car key was missing and no one knew where it was. I was told that Sean had a day off yesterday. Helen was the only one working at the front desk by herself. She had to take care of several customers and was unable to locate the missing key. They finally found the key for us today. I dropped off my vehicle the night before assuming I’d have my oil change and tire rotation completed before noon, I called to get an estimated time my vehicle would be ready and I was told I’d get a call back. When I didn’t get a call back, I called again and was told I’d get a call back, when I didn’t I decided to show up at 1:30 and was told they were finishing up. The manager was polite and apologized and I appreciated that, he said he was short staffed, I get it, but I may think twice about having another oil change there
