I was called by someone who worked there when I got an oil change last time (2/25/25- from ****-****-xxxx) and it leaked all over my driveway and my local street and had to drive back literally arriving with my car warning me it was out of oil as I was pulling up. I missed a day of work also. I was told by an employee there that because of that you guys can replace the filter and replace the oil that was lost. I was also offered by an individual who worked there and told me I was gonna get a few complementary services and some extras. When I went there today to get my oil change, the maintenance team was not aware of this And they told me I have to pay for the service so I paid out of pocket for my oil change today and I saw How your team was not able to communicate amongst each other. That is why my experience wasn’t the best and unfortunately now I have to spend more time to try to figure out who the individual was that gave me those offers after spending a half hour today, trying to figure out who that individual was just to get what I was told I would get.

The staff was exceptional. I was traveling from Denver to cousin's ranch in Wyoming and an alarm and warni g message came on in my car. I had to pull over and then googled Hyundai dealership service. I called, Kristine answered the phone and was so so helpful and said bring your car in and we will help you.
Exactly what you want to hear when you're in trouble on the road. Got there and entire Service staff was outstanding!!! Whatever you're doing there, keep doing it!! I'm going to tell everyone how great you all are! Thank thank thank you!!!
