Today was my first time visiting for my scheduled service for my leased ioniq. I did not find out until I got back from lunch via an Uber that you guys offer a car service. I’m happy to know it for future visits and I’m thankful to the gentleman who stopped to ask me if I had paid for an Uber and informed me about the free shuttle service. When I was checked in, I was not asked if I needed a ride anywhere I was just asked if I knew where the sitting room was. Also, not sure if I missed this as well but it would be nice to have access to water and coffee during the waiting time.

Car runs good, mechanics certainly seem to have done a good job. I don’t remember having the large crack in the 3 month old windshield.
Other than that, I don’t like surprises. Being shown a process, is about as likable as the WiFi situation in that place, or an engine failure at 108k to begin with. Or a $2800 bill attached to a warranty job. That’s just my personal opinion, good mechanics though.

It’s not Brett’s fault. When I made the appointment, I was told the parts had been ordered and were on their way. That’s the whole reason I made the appointment.
Then Brett tells me the parts are custom and must be ordered. Well, duh-uh…. Deja vu all over again…
It’s like this whole experience was designed to cause me maximum irritation…

The service department opens up at 7:30am, I was there at 7:30am which had to be one of the first appointments. I was told it would be 1.5 hours, after two hours and seeing others leave before me, I started asking if the vehicle was ready. No updates were given and I feel the time it took and lack of customer service were unacceptable. It was my last courtesy oil change from the vehicle purchase and I’ll be looking for somewhere else for my next service needs.
