Danny was very helpful and responsive. However, every time I need to use your sitting area to wait, the surfaces of the table and the raised desk (the one nearest the bullpen of salesmen), are dirty with crumbs and/or the evident oil and prints from people's dirty hands. I cannot sit anywhere but the desk if I want to plug in my laptop or phone, because with all the money you put into that seating are, you neglected to add CONVENIENT ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. I have to get on my hands and knees under the desk just to plug in my laptop or phone. It is very frustrating. Meanwhile, your 3 salesmen sit at their desks and do not clean the surfaces that people need to use. You also lack trash cans for people to use in the sitting area, so I left the crumpled paper towel that I used to wipe off your desk on another table.This is fairly gross, especially during cold and flu season, but easily remedied with some Clorox wipes or Windex and paper towels, and elbow grease by your otherwise seated salesmen.

The coordination of the proper scan tool and technical expertise could have been much better managed. I came in to have one tpms replaced and my tires rotated. It cost me nearly $380 and over 4 hours of my time. I came to the dealer assuming that you would have the expertise and tools available to correct my problem most effectively. I will seek other solutions in the future. A very expensive lesson on my part.

The only person that I came in contact with was the young man that sits in one of the desks where you walk in the service department, he listened to everything I said told me a few options that they might have to do and that put my mind at ease, he was great.

I was told that the price i payed was extremely high compared to other toyta dealerships even with a coupon. I appreciate the skilled labor but I also like a fair price. $800 without the coupon does seem steep for a 1hr 25min job. Once again I still appreciate the professional labor but I will definitely be shopping elsewhere before I come back to Ganley Toyota.

Mathew, your service person was very courteous, your mechanic who made the repairs couldn't have been nicer. The repair took very little time and I inspected his work, and it had been done exactly as I would have done it myself. My only concern was that I was charged the same amount as I had paid 7 months prior in June of 2025 for the same repair. The issue was exactly the same and the charge was exactly the same. The initial repair should have finished the issue, but yet I'm back 7 months later paying you to repair the same piece of plastic again. We have bought our last 2 new Toyotas from your dealership and have been completely satisfied with their quality and performance. I have contacted your service manager, and have not yet had a return call. I look forward to hearing from you so that we may have issue resolved. Thank you for your prompt attention.
