From the time we walked in the service department it was a **** show. No one acted like they knew what they were doin. Had my car 3 days and fixed absolutely nothing. Oil change and tire rotation is the only thing they did. Will not be back to **** Smith, I will travel to another Nissan dealership.

This was not one of the better service I received from **** Smith Nissan.
I spent over $2500.0o to fix my car and did not receive a car wash.
I asked for an oil change and the sticker in the car showing the date of the next oil change was not replaced nor was the oil change counter
In the car changed to reflect when the next oil change would be due.
The itemized price of the parts and service was not displayed on the
Receipt. The receipt showed a different amount than I was charged. I had to go to the technician to inquire about the itemized charge but the manager printed off another invoice to show the charges. This should not be the standard. I asked for my gas cover to be looked at because it’s broke but it was not done. There were other issues but I will not complain about everything. However, customers spending $2500.00 should be treated better than this.
