Sorry but over 2 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment is ridiculous. Kaitlyn accidentally changed my appointment date but she said it was fine since no one was there. But it still took over 2 hours. Kinda ridiculous.

What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it’s going to take 2hrs and 45 minutes just to get an oil change, prior to this appointment system I could get there as soon as the shop opens and be done in an hour or less
