I paid over $5600 to have my vehicle repaired but it continues to have the same issues. I've brought it back twice and "nothing can be found". Why did I pay that much money for the same unreliable vehicle? If it couldn't be fixed I should have been told that up front.

This was my first time with Kaitlyn. I usually have Rick or Daniel George who have been excellent.
While Kaitlyn was efficient and got me in for an unscheduled oil change, she did not initiate a conversation about my inspection report. This is the first time my inspection report was not given to me in printed form with a follow-up conversation. I think this is very important. As I drove off, I realized that I had not been given a report so I called. Kaitlyn said it had been sent to my phone. Reports are very hard to read on a phone so I asked her to send it to my email which she did. Even then, I had to print it off myself. There were a couple of things I would have liked to discuss - nothing major - but an in person would have been nice.
She was not busy with other customers so I am not sure why this wasn't done while I was there or at least asked what my preference would have been (in person or emailed to my home).
