The service is good, I just was under the impression I was supposed to get oil change free of charge when I bring my car to the dealership. I also thought I was due for a tire rotation and brought that up when o dropped off my car but the tire rotation was not completed. I was charge $83 just for a basic oil change

I made an appointment to get the recall on my vehicle addressed. This appointment was made about 5 days ago. I explained what the recall was at the time that I made the appointment. I brought my vehicle in this morning and the parts for the recall had not been ordered. What is the purpose of making an appointment in advance for a recall on my vehicle if the parts are not going to be on-site to address the issue.
