I prefer human conversation concerning my car. Where is Tommie? I need a mechanic to help me understand what is happening with my car. Whether I can go a little longer or I really need to get that done. I need a mechanic whom I can trust. That's my reason for coming to you all in the first place. The last two times I came for oil change and when I left and took the time to look at check list. I saw customer denied. I don't remember denying anything because no one talked to me about my car. The oil was changed and said "We've got you ready. I trust you to work on my car and I trust you to talk and give me advice/suggestions on what needs immediate attention. I am not a mechanic. Please give an honest person to talk to like Mr. Tommie. I trust Tommie.

Good morning as stated in the voicemail I left on 04/11/2025. I was not pleased with the service, the print out only indicates an oil change, engine treatment and battery test. I checked my brake fluid, not topped off, windshield wiper fluid not topped off, vehicle not washed. I had an appointment at 10:00 and left after 12:30. A young lady there had an appointment at 11 and was out before 12. I tried calling the number given ****-****-xxxx and it is disconnected. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but have no choice. No reflection on you Daniel.

Daniel George is great. I was not happy with the condition of my car when I picked it up. There was black rubber residue on the inside of the windshield and rubber crumbs on the dash. I realize that they had to tear the dash out to fix the air conditioner, but for almost $4000, I expected to get it back in better condition. It is also the first time I’ve picked up my car that it handn’t been run through the car wash. I’m glad my air conditioner is fixed, but I wasn’t expecting to have to spend half an hour cleaning my car.
