I dropped off my vehicle around 11am, I waited for a vehicle inspection update and maintenance recommendations but did not receive any. I then texted at 1:27PM asking for the inspection update. I immediately received one, to which I approved all recommendations which included engine and cabin air filters and an alignment. At 1:53, I received a call saying my vehicle was ready; which left me wondering if the services I approved were done. I arrive at the dealership around 4:20, and my doubts were confirmed. None of the additional services mentioned above were done. The service department wanted to do it then, but I had other engagements and had to leave. I will make another appointment in the future to get this done. Thanks for your time.

This is the first time I experienced this. I know prices have gone up but I never paid $150 for an oil change and tires rotated. My bill online said $121 but I received a call saying $150. I signed the agreement for $121. Oil change $89.95 and tires $29.95. Other than the bill not adding up everything was good.
