I’m so disappointed but the thing I’m most disappointed about is they broke the cover to where my usb goes. I really don’t understand why anyone has to be touching anything in my vehicle except what is necessary. This is the main reason I don’t go to the dealers for service. It’s always something and then you say oh no one here did that we have the best service people. Ya like anyone would admit to it anyways.
The funny thing is that the Representative said I didn’t need to have it checked if the oil has been changed and the tires have been rotated but I continue to get these messages from Toyota to have the 35,000 miles check up. Well I should have listened to the Representative and left.
