I hated the impersonal nature of the texts about additional possible repair needs. i would rather have a conversation witht he advisor in person. Second, I found it very suspect when the mechanics report showed my tires were all in green, but there was a suggested charge to have the tires replaced indicating they were in the yellow. This did not provide me with a lot of trust in your system. Also, the young man who brought the car up after completion nearly caused an accident when he got out of the car it began to roll forward. He was able to jump back in and stop it but it would have hit the building if he had not been able to do so. This left me very nervous out having my car serviced at this dealership.

I was given a written estimate for a repair/replacement of front tie rod ends which I approved along with the addition of an alignment. I was later told that tie rod repair had been misquoted and would be an additional $200.
That was before any work had even started. This has left a bit of a sour taste.
(FYI, I purchased the car at your dealership in 2013 and have had all my service there.)
