The car took forever to get a new battery and I wasn’t told over the phone about a prorated price and didn’t expect it to be so much but I couldn’t go anywhere else because my battery was dead. I was stuck paying way more than I should have and waited 3 hours for my car to be serviced even though there was no one else getting their car serviced at the time. Next time I will never bring my car into Toyota for any maintenance.

I’ve been going to your location since 2022. I’ve had interactions with Mr. Millan on more than one occasion. I found him to be unprofessional & rude. Yesterday was an experience taken to another level. I saw right thru his over whelming out of the way kindness. My car is at 165000 miles not 100 & now I have his attention. Not good Glendora.
He needs to pay attention to detail. I’m standing directly behind him while he talking with another customer & states “I can help you (customer on phone) with taking $40.00 off your service.
Do you see $40.00 off my receipt. He lacks consistency & he’s your assist manager to service dept.
Unfortunately for Mr. Millan will not receive any commission off this customer. Were the callouts in red legitimate? After that experience it makes me question his honesty.
