The past couple of services have had problems. Prior visit had oil change, tire rotation and changed air filter. Got the car back and all the warning lights were on. Turns out they forget to connect the oxygen sensor. That was another 30 minute wait. All the tires ere not the same for the weight. This time the agent who checked me had no idea what he was doing. He told me the oil change was going to be $132, I told him it was under warranty he said you don't do that, that I probably paid for it last time and just don't remember, like I'm some total idiot
