When I arrived, my service advisor was busy Rodrigo there were three other service advisors standing around talking. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting and when Rodrigo came over and said oh for an oil change, I said yes and then I went to the waiting room. One of 3 service advisors three could’ve asked me the same thing. After waiting an hour and a half I went and asked Rodrigo what’s happening with my car and he tells we me send you an email and we’re waiting for you to reply!!!! I didn’t have access to my email so I sat there for an extra 45 That’s ridiculous. If I want something else done I’ll ask you guys if you send me the report and I later read it and decide I want that. I will call you and make an appointment for it. Don’t make me sit there waiting for an extra 45 minutes so you can see if you can get more money out of me. . I asked Rod Rodrigo are you guys having any specials on oil change? He said no. One of the customers in the waiting room told me she received a coupon for $10 off so I asked Rodrigo. There’s a coupon floating out there. Can I have access to that? He gave it to me $10 off, but I asked him when I first got there. Isn’t that kind of great customer service I go to you all year long at the end of the year you can’t tell me there’s a $10 coupon out.???? Your Customer service used to be great. I don’t know what’s happened but today there was no customer service. .
