Maybe 2 hours after we dropped the car, we got a call saying it was done. We went and picked it up and paid for it on 12/22. At 1:30AM on Christmas Day I received an email with the subject line "Payment Invitation." Insoide, it said, "Yourvehicle is ready for pickup! You can use express pay to pay online, just click the link to pay!"
My vehicle is well past ready for pickup. It is done and paid for. And am I supposed to pay and go pick it up on a holiday?
Fix this fancy-schmancy email system of yours. And if Toyota should send me a survey, you can be assured Gennaroi will get high marks but the dealership will get reamed over this.
