I’m upset to have received my vehicle back in worse condition then before I dropped it off, with a shaking issue that did not previously exist. After spending $790 on service to get the car back with a shaking issue, and then to be told if I wanted it fixed that I needed to pay because “it happens” (according to your service manager) is not aligned with proper customer satisfaction or quality control of service. I had to miss my daughter’s Christmas performance due to me having to return to the service center three times in one day, late into the afternoon, only to not have the issue resolved. I do intend to file a complaint with the corporate office especially after the interaction with the service manager as he seemed to not really care about matter, and instead shrugged his shoulders at me, said he’s been here a long time, and said that’s what happens sometimes and if I wanted it fixed then we’re charging you. That is not the appropriate way to explain yourself to the customer and to not attempt to make the situation correct when my vehicle did not have any shaking issues pervious to me dropping it off and suddenly had a problem after being serviced.

Customer service by David was excellent but although I made an appointment I had to wait almost 2 hrs for simple service because your employees were at lunch? You should have diferent lunch times for employees so some go to lunch and others stay working ?

The service was excellent. Communication is key when waiting on site. I received texts informing me on what work was needed and when my car was ready. David was there helping me and explained the details when I arrived and was there when my car was ready for me to leave. I have been a customer for a long time and in the past we would wait there not receiving any information and sometimes the car would be ready and never be informed unless we went asked for help.
