The fact that you don't provide a drop off and pick up shuttle, but think replacing it with a ONE WAY Lyft ride is mind boggling especially when you take hours to do a simple oil change. I won't be back to your location because if you're cheaping out on shuttle rides then I don't trust you to take the proper care and work on my car.

Worst car buying experience ever. The personnel even tried to keep the promised check for my trade in vehicle. I will NEVER do any business with this dealership again. The unprofessional manner that I was treated, inability to be straight forward, and total distrust, made me need a shower each time I visited (4) times this place. Little finance guy got a real bad attitude with customers and employees.
