Mike was pleasant, and helpful in answering questions as I made a decision regarding the type of tires to get for this Prius. We went over the specifics of size, type, longevity, mileage expected, warranty, and much more. I am happy with the purchase. When I rolled up to the offices, someone directed where to situate the car and told me who was coming to help. I was helped within 5 minutes. I very much appreciate the Lyft back home and from home to get my car with new its new wheels. Our mechanics kept the car clean on the interior with papers and the outside was cleaned up. All in all it was a good experience, which is unusual for any other mechanic repair shop I have experienced. Thank you.

Organization is important. The Rep has me go to check out when my car was ready. Well the Rep ignored my paperwork to assist another customer. I was left waiting for no reason for a very long time. That was unnecessary to ignore my paperwork which only took a few seconds to complete.

I came in for a routine service/tire rotation. He asked if I had any other questions, and I let him know the AirPlay was not working. I watched Mike make a note of it in the computer. He printed the invoice that stated $134 for the service today. When I arrived turned out I owed $333. When I asked Mike why he said that it was $200 to see what was wrong with the system Car play etc. I told him if I would’ve known it was $200 I wouldn’t pay it and I can’t afford it. He basically said there was nothing he could do. The cashier was kind enough to assist me with lowering the cost, but I still paid $234 for no reason. I would’ve never expected to pay that much and would’ve just gone to Valvoline and been out in 15 minutes. Definitely will not be coming back here again.

The service advisor was professional and knowledgeable can’t say enough about the service advisors speedy process, Michael is usually the advisor that helps me Theirs two other dealerships closer to my home but Glendora Toyota has always had the best service compared to crown Toyota and Claremont Toyota I go out of my way to service my Toyota at Glendora I picked up my truck at 5:45 and the oil pressure gauge was completely maxed out oil way to full it was to late to turn around dealer service closed at 6pm so I got home and had to drain almost two quarts to get it just to the second full line and then woke up early before work to check when cold and it was still way pass the second dot line on dip stick so I drained half a quart more and checked when I got off work and now it’s still full but not pass second dot on dipstick, I drive a turbocharged truck for my work and a high compression turbo engine will blow the seals if over filled luckily I know how to change my own oil or I’d have to miss work to have the truck towed in but I also asked not to rotate my tires because Costco just did it but they did it anyhow but this is the first time the dealership service at Glendora made a mistake so I will continue to use services at Glendora the service advisor didn’t do oil change and the Mechanic's are usually over worked and they ideally use a oil gun with presents to oil fills and the gun could have made the mistake most likely not the mechanic because the Glendora mechanics ideally fill oil perfectly because I check it every time and I’ve used this dealer for at least three different new vehicles in past
